Terms & Conditions
Price
The construction of your website or design work will be charged at £15phr; (Photography and Illustration work are exempt to this rate and are priced according to job, item or materials).
If the client requests work to be done out of office hours, or work of such urgency that is requested immediately and interrupts our normal workflow, an extra cost may be incurred. Work of this nature will be charged at £23phr, notice of this charge will be give before the work commences.
Payment Schedule
For design work - First payment of £250 (Deposit) will be due when the design proof has been accepted.
For illustrative or photographic work - A deposit will be required before the job has commenced. Deposit is non-refundable if the job has commenced.
For a combination of various work projects, there will only be a request of one initial fee for the work to continue.
If project is less than initial fee costs, money will be requested on handover of artwork.
This initial invoice must be paid within 1 working week.
Payment of initial invoice by the client will constitute initialisation of design work and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Further invoices will be presented at approximately £250.00 intervals. You will have 2 weeks to pay these invoices.
Work will not proceed if invoices remain unpaid.
Until contract is completed and paid for in full, all design work remains the intellectual property of Magic Beans The Creative Design Company.
Design work not paid for will be destroyed after 3 months.
