Im not from Kendal but want to use your services, so how does it work?
Well, we operate very successfully over the internet. Many of our clients find this arrangment very useful as they have a design team on tap. We mostly use MSN* or Skype* to chat to our clients, or we use the phone or emails. Your always welcome to come to the studio to relay your specifications, but we find it easier via MSN or Skype, as you can always video call us and chat at will. We currently have clients ranging from Torquay to Norway, who find this arrangement very useful.

* MSN and Skype is a great way to confer and exchange files over the internet. You can download MSN or Skype from the links on our contact page, it works on both Mac and PC, just follow the links, install, and in a few monents we can be talking. Don't forget you will have to add us to you contacts list before we will pop up!

How much do we charge?
low-cost design service. Unless it is an agreed fixed rate, our hourly rates are £15 per hour! Yes, we know it’s a low rate but that’s what we do, we want to bring a service that is available to everyone.

When do you pay pay for your design work?
You can of course pay upfront but other than that, payment will be made in installments or on handover of artwork. All payment must be handed over on completion. See Terms & Conditions page.

Because we operate here as a low cost service for you, we are reliant on customers paying their bills and appreciate punctuality.

How long does design work take?
It all depends on what you want. If you have a small job for us, we can sometimes fit it in real quick and get it back to you in the same day. Mostly, it takes a few days and for websites, depending if we have all the info, we can turn them round within a week. Sometimes, projects can go on for a few months, but rest assured, everything we receive is priority and we can give you very specific completion times.

Who will be my main point of contact?
I, Antony, am the main designer here and will be your first point of contact and will most likely carry out your job to the end. Simon and Sue are also part of the team, they handle design, admin and copy-editing.

Who owns the copyright of the design work?
All artwork created is the intellectual property of Magic Beans untill the job is completed and paid for in full. See Terms & Conditions page. Details on copyrights are listed below, along with links to officially copyright your company or articles.
